Dear customers,
we are as sad as you are about the current travel ban/COVID-19 situation. The travel ban should be cleared by April 13,2020.
If your travel dates are not (yet) directly impacted please log on to your flight online at the airlines website and keep updated on your flight status! If they cancelled you automatically please contact me.
No one knows yet what will be in May, June or afterwards. As of now we cannot predict any future processes. We do advise to wait and observe the situation unless you have decided not to take your current flight. Please read airline instructions as they are updating their guidelines daily to accommodate the situation.
Please get updated on the airlines most recent information here:
American Airlines: https://www.aa.com/ i18n/travel-info/coronavirus- updates.jsp
GENERAL INFORMATION:
Flight changes: For impacted travel dates – we can take your flight out of the system – you can contact us as soon as possible, with new travel dates (please check your airline’s information on changing times – they are updating the procedure often). If you your flight is not impacted the standard changing fee or more applies if changed into a more expensive season.
Flight cancellation: We will have to submit your ticket to get a refund quote. The airline is refunding the net price of the fare for impacted flights only. Fees, taxes and credit card fees that have been paid are non refundable. If your flight dates are not impacted the standard refund applies as stated on your eticket. If you are sure to cancel please let us know so we can submit to request a refund amount.
Please remember, this is no ones fault – not our agencies, not the airlines, not yours. We understand your frustration in losing money (we have lost a tremendous amount too and fear for the future) but we are all in this together and only together we can come out of this.
Stay healthy!
Your
